you seem a lot happier, what can i do to be happy?
you should start by setting an alarm everyday and waking up at a reasonable hour and leaving your bedroom to go do something that interests you. eating better helps. seeing your favourite bands live helps. surrounding yourself with positive people helps. vitamin d helps a lot. just remember that it’s not the end of the world and everything will be okay and that the only person that can pick you up from rock bottom is yourself. if you can learn to depend on yourself and not anyone else, you should be good! keep it kawaii
