This is very flattering, thank you. My advice may not be the best seeing as I’m not the worst eater but I’m definitely not the best. All I can recommend is to watch your portions, and to try and eat as balanced as possible. A big thing is to stay active, although I don’t get much exercise I do a lot of walking. Find a cheap gym near you and get into it, go swimming, go biking, find an activity that you like and enjoy doing. Above all you firstly need to come to understand your body and how it works. Also know that everyone’s body and body type is different. Accept the way you’ve been made, try your very best not to compare, and work with what you’ve got.
